BIRCHAM INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY GRADUATION CEREMONIES

Bircham International University students start and finish their degree programs any date along the year. The fact that there are no group graduation times and that Bircham International University graduates do not reside in the same place makes it difficult to plan many group graduation ceremonies.

NEXT GRADUATION CEREMONY - BIRCHAM INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

Prof. William Martin, BIU CEO, will be traveling to different locations along the year in order to hold graduation ceremonies with those graduates willing to take pictures receiving their diplomas and dressed with the corresponding cap and gown.

GRADUATION PROTOCOL

Prof. William Martin will be taking a set of cap and gown to dress the attending graduates.

An original copy of the Bircham International University graduate diploma and transcript will be given for the event for those graduates confirming attendance one month before the graduation date.

A flat fee of 100$ is requested to each attending graduate to contribute to the trip expenses incurred in offering this graduation ceremony to you.

Graduates may invite family and friends to attend the event at no further costs.

The graduation event will be held at a selected hotel in the lobby or other facility depending on the number of graduates.

MEETINGS PROTOCOL

Students and candidates may requests meetings with Prof. William Martin, CEO of Bircham International University. Meetings will be held at a selected hotel in the lobby or other facility. Meetings will be held by appointment only. Appointments will be coordinated and confirmed with the corresponding Bircham International University staff assigned to the coordination of each graduation event.

EXCEPTIONS: In case some graduate may not attend at the proposed graduation time, and individual graduation picture may be taken at another time upon request and approval while Prof. Martin is available in that city.
